How not to render 3D graphics

Heh. Just had to link this because I’ve been there too many times! I think I’ve probably encountered most of these:

… with the addition of “you’re using XNA and have forgotten it’s a right-handed coordinate system”, thanks to Parm for reminding me of that one!

  1. Hi Andy,
I wondered how things are going? I still check my RSS feed every day for your blog.
I’m particularly interested in anything you could write about structuring medium sized games, so stuff around component/entity models, model-view-controller, that sort of stuff.

    • Hi, thanks for checking in. 🙂 My life has been unusually hectic of late, and for now this blog has had to take a back seat. I keep hoping to get back to it – and it doesn’t quite work out. Don’t worry, it’s not dead, just resting. 🙂

When I do get the chance to write again, I’m most likely to talk about the camera stuff and tools stuff I hinted at earlier, at least to begin with. Beyond that, who knows?

      • Hi Andy,

I know what it’s like trying to find the time to Blog, I’m useless at it myself. 😉

That doesn’t stop me hoping you’ll get back to it someday, I was really enjoying your articles and found them very useful.

        Take care
